Best available rates with no booking fees or hidden costs

  • We believe that you will not find a cheaper rate publically available and we also do not believe in hidden costs. 3rd party websites do not always include taxes, credit card fees and other fees; therefore the rate that you see on booking engine is the rate that you will pay upon departure from the hotel.
  • If you find a cheaper rate publically available we will match the rate and extend all “direct booking” benefits to you. To claim please contact our reservations department by sending an e-mail to with the dates of the booking search alongside, the web address and a screenshot of the booking page.
  • We will process your claim within 1 business day. The same accommodation must be advertised and available to the general public for purchase at the time your claim is made. Once we verify the eligibility and availability of the lower rate, we will formally match the rate. The Schlössle Hotel will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower rate that cannot be independently confirmed by the Schlössle Hotel staff.

‘Best available rate’ guarantee doesn’t apply to the following:

  • ID-required negotiated corporate rates; rates offered on membership program websites, reward programs; rates obtained via auction or similar process; or rates available only by using a promotion not offered to the general public.
  • Our guarantee does not apply to rates sold as part of a travel package including, but not limited to accommodation plus airfare and/or car hire and/or cruise.
  • Websites selling “secret” hotels, also known as ‘opaque’ sites, where the specific hotel is not known until the booking is made and confirmed.

Clear and flexible cancellation and payment policies

  • Our booking site displays all cancellation and payments policies in the clearest manner possible.
  • We understand that plans change on short notice and in testament to this all bookings that are prepaid and non-refundable made directly with us, are eligible to be modified up to 9 months after the original arrival date keeping the original deposit. Schlössle Hotel has little control over bookings made through 3rd parties and generally is unable to secure changes and refunds for such reservations.
  • For pre-paid and non-refundable reservations the deposit will be held for 9 months from the date of the arrival of the original date. After this date the deposit will be lost.
  • All modifications are subject to availability and may be subject to a supplement depending on the date changes.
